The way women birth matters. The way babies are born matters. A woman’s experience of birth and early mothering has a life long impact not only on the family, but community at large. Birth has the potential to heal, strengthen and empower. Honouring the power of birth and celebrating this sacred right of passage with you is my Dharma.

With over a decade immersed in midwifery, predominantly working outside of hospital settings, my heart is dedicated to providing personalised support to women and their families in the comfort of their own homes.I have enriched my practice from my experience working in India and by learning alongside traditional midwives from Mexico and Guatemala, incorporating traditional wisdom into my approach. My expertise in bodywork, rebozo techniques, and nutrition allows me to support women in manifesting the birth they envision.
I am deeply committed to integrating plant therapies and traditional practices such as steaming, baths, massage, and belly binding for optimal postpartum healing. This holistic approach is integrated into the care you will receive from me. By purposefully limiting my caseload, I ensure every family receives optimal attention and care, resulting in a profoundly personalised experience. Your vision for a supported, comfortable home birth and postpartum period is at the heart of my practice.
A once off 3 hour session either in-person (FNQ) or online to assist you in preparing for your upcoming birth and postpartum.
meaning “To be Harmony”, is at the heart of my practice.
Traditional cultures have long understood the deep connection between the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. When our energy is imbalanced, it often manifests as discomfort and dis-ease. By nurturing the physical body, we also support the spirit and the nervous system. This harmony is especially important during women’s reproductive journeys, a time when women are deeply connected with their bodies and babies. All spaces are held in a trauma-informed way, ensuring you feel safe and supported throughout your experience.
- Preconception: Preparing your womb to welcome your baby and offering gentle support if you’re facing challenges to enhance your reproductive health. Also addressing menstrual cycle issues such as irregularities, cysts, endometriosis and womb misalignment.
- Pregnancy: Helping align your womb and baby for birth, easing breech or malpositioned babies, relieving pregnancy discomforts, and preparing for birth, especially after a previously challenging birth or caesarean section.
- Post-Cesarean Healing: Addressing scar tissue to improve alignment, reduce pain, and enhance fertility and prepare for subsequent births.
- Trauma Release: Helping release held trauma, particularly sexual or birth trauma stored in your body. Supporting you a somatic space to process and heal.
- Connection: Providing space for you to focus on your connection with your baby, or the baby you’re calling in.
- Postpartum Healing: Supporting the realignment of your womb and abdominal organs for long-term health and optimal function. Relieving birth and breastfeeding tension and discomforts.
- Birth Debriefing: Honouring and processing your birth or challenging life events, releasing and re-patterning stored experiences.

Having learnt directly with traditional midwives from Mexico and Guatemala, I honour the wisdom holders of these sacred practices, through holding it to its true entirety. Birth is an opportunity for women to complete a cycle, it has the potential to release held trauma or memories. When birth is interfered with this opportunity is disrupted, women are too often left untethered, lost and sadly traumatised from their births. This ceremony when honoured and all elements completed, provides deep healing for your physical, spiritual and emotional thriving. Each element—softening, warming, releasing, and grounding—plays an essential role in this four-part series.
Experience full body massage, a herbal steam bath, the chance to sweat and release, and a grounding closing sequence with the use of a rebozo. This nurturing process involves loving touch, plants, heat, and a safe space to release and heal, allowing you to transform fully from maiden to mother, or mother once again.
With time in between to feed your baby, this four part ceremony is held in your home, or our space in Yorkeys Knob.
This ceremony is appropriate for women who have experienced an early birth, loss of a child, or to honour any big life transitions. There is no set time frame of when to receive. We believe once you have birthed, you are forever postpartum and deserving of love and nurturance.
