Weaving Her Wisdom:

A Mentor Journey for Birth Workers

Come Home to the Wise Woman within you

I'm certain that you were drawn to birth work for something deeper than just training or techniques.

Like me, you felt the ancient calling in your bones—the knowing that birth is sacred, that women hold healing within them, and that the way we care for mothers and babies matters.

But somewhere along the way, that knowing has felt harder to reach. Maybe you're deep in the season of motherhood, unable to be on call, wondering if there's still a way for you to serve. Maybe you're a midwife taking on 4–5 births a month, running on empty, feeling the weight of burnout.

I know this feeling intimately. I’ve been there.

I burned out working as a midwife in Melbourne during COVID, stretched too thin to offer the care I knew families deserved. I took a year off because I couldn’t keep going.

Then, I built a different way. I created a business that fits within the seasons of my life—where I can work deeply, sustainably, and in alignment with my values. I get to travel the world, work a few hours a day, and still serve my community in meaningful ways.

And I’ll let you in on a secret… I make substantially more than I would working full-time in a hospital. I work for myself, I answer to no one (except birthing women), and I’ve been able to build this because my skills and knowledge—and therefore my offerings—are multidimensional.

Weaving Her Wisdom is about teaching

you how to do the same

This isn’t about adding more skills just to keep working in the same way.

It’s about becoming the creator of your own work—so you can branch out into a sustainable, fulfilling, and flexible path that nourishes you while keeping the wisdom of birth alive.

“Love that you're sharing your knowledge and helping bridge the gap! A midwife like you would have elevated and transformed my pregnancy and labour experience.  For my next birth, I’ll be wanting to engage with someone like you.”

What You’ll Experience in This Journey

🌿 Understand your unique energy through your Maya birth sign

Developing a deep understanding of your unique medicine and strengths, giving you a deep-rooted confidence in the path you are walking.

🌿 Learn the wisdom of holistic care, drawing from nutrition, traditional medicine, and bodywork

So that you can support families from the very beginning — not just with knowledge, but with healing hands and preventative care that honours body and spirit.

🌿 Learn from Wise Women with Decades of Experience

You’ll be guided by midwives and wise women whose knowledge span decades, rooted in both birth work and traditional healing practices from around the world. Their teachings reconnect you to the sacred rhythms of birth and the ancestral knowledge that once guided all women.

🌿 Living and Practicing Through Ceremony

Birth, mothering, and life are deeply sacred. Traditional midwives connect to the divine through ceremony, guiding their work with reverence and intuition. You’ll learn to embody this sacred way of being, drawing on ancient wisdom to support and honour the women you serve.

🌿 A tapestry of support

Like a sacred weaving, this journey is strengthened by the threads of connection and care. You will be supported not only during our live calls but also in our private online space, where you can reach out to me directly, share reflections, and receive guidance.

What You’ll Experience in This Journey

🌿 Navigate the medical system without losing your roots

So that you can speak the language of the system when needed, but never forget the older tongue you truly carry — walking between worlds with integrity and skill.

🌿 Work with earth medicines — plants, steams, castor oil packs, and placenta medicine

So that you can become a true medicine women in your community, offering remedies that nourish, heal, and honour the whole reproductive life cycle.

🌿 Learn to transmute trauma through care and ceremony

So that you can help the families you serve (and yourself) alchemise fear, grief, or trauma into wisdom, healing, and strength.

🌿 Hold space beyond the birth itself

So that you can weave conscious care of babies, ritual and ceremony, and community care into your practice — guiding families to not just birth their babies, but their identities as parents and caretakers of the next generation.

🌿 Be held in ceremony from start to finish

So that you can experience the power of stepping into a container where your own growth matters just as much as the skills you’re learning — because how you show up to birth work starts with how deeply you know and honour yourself.

This is Who You Become

By the end of these six months, you will become a woman who:

✨ Knows her place in a lineage of wise women

✨ Trusts her own hands, voice & presence

✨ Offers remedies, rituals & touch rooted in ancient knowing

✨ Holds space with a reverence families can feel in their souls

"I wanted to let you know how much I’ve enjoyed your teachings and I’ve felt them on such a deep level.  Like every time that I’ve watched one of your classes, I’ve literally been brought to tears.  Before your teachings I literally thought that, you know, midwives couldn’t be registered and fully support women and you have shown me that that is not the case.  I feel like you’ve just helped me shed so much judgement around the medical hospital system and I feel like I’m in so much more of a neutral place now and it’s going to help my work so much."  Keane
