Clary sage has been used for centuries as a powerful herb for birth preparation, childbirth, menstruation and menopause. It helps to ease menstrual pain, relax the nervous system, balance hormones and contract the uterine. The relaxation and pain relieving properties of this oil are further enhanced with lavender and deeply warming black pepper. These qualities make this the perfect oil to welcome support, labour or a menstrual bleed.
Directions: Use to welcome in or further support your birth or bleed. Apply over your womb and massage gently before binding with a rebozo or faja if desired. Apply a heat pack and/or acupressure points for added activation during labour.
Do not use after ovulation if trying to conceive or before 37 weeks of pregnancy.
