Bridging Worlds

Between the

Cosmic & Earthly

Traditional & Modern

Whether you’re walking your own path or holding space for others, you’ve felt the call for something deeper—a way to embrace birth and transformation with trust, wisdom, and connection.

For women on this sacred journey: step into your innate strength, reconnect with your body, and prepare to embrace this powerful chapter with confidence and grace.

For midwives and birth workers: expand your practice with timeless wisdom, practical tools, and deeper connection to the sacred work of supporting birth and postpartum care.

Together, we honour the power, trust, and healing that birth holds—for yourself, your practice, and the women you serve.

I’m Sarah.

I am devoted to the sacred practice

of serving the Mother

I am a global travelling midwife dedicated to reclaiming midwifery as the holistic healing art it has always been. Traditionally, midwives are pillars of their communities, guiding women and families through their reproductive, health, and healing journeys. I support women with plants, nutrition, body work, and spiritual guidance from menstruation through conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting. My mission is to reconnect with ancient women’s wisdom and provide truly holistic care.

My journey involves integrating practices often seen as alternative to modern medical systems, reclaiming the essence of true midwifery. This holistic approach grounds my practice in the timeless principles of nurturing both physical and spiritual well-being.

My diverse experience spans various countries and settings, from rural hospitals in Australia, to birth centres in India and learning with traditional Maya midwives in Guatemala. I specialise in home births, which has taken me to working in remote communities in Australia.

For over a decade, I’ve been passionate about learning from women, midwives, and traditional cultures surrounding birth. My approach to midwifery and supporting women is unique, incorporating plants, nutrition, and ceremonial body work for holistic healing. I am passionate about sharing this wisdom with other women and birth workers through my events and mentoring.
