In a world that often pulls us away from our instincts, it’s easy to feel disconnected—from our bodies, our cycles, and the wisdom that has guided women for generations.
Our rites of passage—first bleed, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and menopause—are powerful transitions, yet they are often met with uncertainty, outside noise, or a lack of true support. Birth workers, too, carry the weight of holding space for others, sometimes without a strong foundation for themselves.
This retreat offers a space to return to what is already within you.
Through hands-on practice, storytelling, and time-honoured traditions, you’ll learn skills that can support you at every stage of womanhood. You’ll leave feeling more confident, rooted, and resourced, able to trust your body and your instincts in a way that ripples into every part of your life.
By the end of these two days, you will:
✨ Feel deeply connected to your body and intuition - so you can move through your work and life with more trust, confidence, and ease.
✨ Gain hands-on skills to serve your community - like womb massage, belly binding, and rebozo techniques—so you can weave these sacred practices into your care for others (and yourself).
✨ Be held in a circle of like-minded women - so you walk away feeling resourced, supported, and deeply rooted in shared wisdom.
This retreat isn’t just about learning—it’s about
remembering. You’ll return home with practical skills, a deeper connection to your body, and a renewed sense of trust in your path.
This retreat is calling to you if:
✨ You are a birth worker, midwife, doula, or body worker wanting to deepen your practice and honour ancient traditions.
✨ You are a woman seeking to reconnect with the sacred wisdom that resides within your own body, to thrive in your and optimise your reproductive journey.
✨ You feel the call to honour the wisdom of our lineage—to be part of preserving practices that have sustained women for generations. To return home to wisdom we have always carried.
✨ You long for a sacred space to pause, reflect, and be nourished by the collective energy of women. To be held by an experienced guide.
We begin by honouring the deep wisdom of the womb—our sacred center of creation. Through gentle womb massage, you’ll reconnect with your intuition, cycles, and healing energies. You’ll receive tools that help support pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and life transitions, all while being held in a collective space of shared stories.
The day unfolds into a sacred women’s practice—an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the healing intelligence of plants. We’ll explore womb-nourishing herbs that restore balance, protective plants that hold us through transitions, and ancestral remedies that have long supported women’s health. Learning to work with these medicines is more than a skill—it’s a remembering, a revival of the deep wisdom that allows us to care for ourselves and the women we serve.
Our second day begins with the warmth of ceremonial cacao, sourced from the sacred lands and hands of traditional caretakers in Guatemala, a heart-opening plant medicine that grounds us in the space as we learn of its benefits for birth. We then explore the dance of rebozo techniques—learning how to support the pregnant body, alleviate discomfort, and honour the rhythms of birth with this ancient tool.
After a shared lunch, we dive into the art of belly binding, an age-old practice that supports alignment, healing, and balance. Whether for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or life’s transitions, you’ll leave with both the knowledge and confidence to carry these teachings forward.
As a retreat participant, you’ll receive an exclusive 10% discount on rebozos and fajas—beautiful, traditional tools that have supported women through menstruation, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum for generations.
✔ Save on shipping and take these tools home with ease.
